If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or more prior to the check-in date, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may incur a fee.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Certain promotional rates or special offers may be strictly non-refundable. These will be clearly marked during the booking process.
